We recently tested a Pentium 4 3.2 MHz PC with 256 Meg of RAM. After a number of performance tests were completed, we added an additional 512 Meg of RAM and repeated the tests. The results showed an overall performance increase of 52%. With memory as affordable as it is today, why not pick up an extra 512 to 1 Gig of RAM today.
