| Terms
and Conditions The following terms and conditions govern sales by E-Star Memories. By accepting delivery of the products described on the invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time at E-Star Memory's sole discretion. E-Star Memory is for Customers in the United States and Canada. Delivery Orders received by 3PM EST will normally be processed and shipped by the following business day. E-Star Memory is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control. Shipping: Fees, Taxes, Duty E-Star Memory will collect from its customers all shipping fees and other taxes associated with all orders sold and shipped by eStar Memory. US: All orders will typically ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, 2-Day Blue or Overnight. Saturday delivery is not available. Canada: All orders ship via priority service: USD$26.00 per order plus $.50 per additional item. Shipping address must match billing address of credit card. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Military bases. A service representative will call or e-mail you if your "Ship To" and credit card "Bill To" addresses are different, or if a P.O. Box is the credit card "Bill To" address. Payment Terms E-Star Memory accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express, There are no credit card surcharges imposed by E-Star Memory. Charges will be based on U.S. dollars. International credit cards are not accepted. Orders are not binding upon E-Star Memory until accepted by E-Star Memory. Limitation of Liability By placing your order, you agree that E-Star Memory's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to E-Star Memory for the product giving rise to E-Star Memory's liability. Return Policy E-Star Memory is proud to guarantee its products with a Limited Lifetime Warrantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 30 days in its original condition and you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price for each item returned that meets these conditions. Returned merchandise must be shipped by traceable means within 30 days of product receipt in its original anti-static packaging. Your credit card account will be credited for the full purchase amount less shipping charges within 5 – 10 business days. E-Star Memory can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Return Instructions To return memory purchased from E-Star Memory, simply fill out our on-line Merchandise Return Form. Please include your account information and the reason for the return. A E-Star Memory service representative will issue a return approval and assist you with return shipping. Please keep the original packaging to return the item.
