Policy
E-Star Memory is proud to guarantee its products with a Limited
Lifetime Warrantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for
any reason, return it to us within 30 days in its original condition
and you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price for each item
returned that meets these conditions. Returned merchandise must
be shipped by traceable means within 30 days of product receipt
in its original anti-static packaging. Your credit card account
will be credited for the full purchase amount less shipping charges
within 5 – 10 business days. E-Star Memory can only refund
shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Return Instructions
To return memory purchased from E-Star Memory, simply fill out
our on-line Merchandise Return Form.
Please include your account information and the reason for the
return. A E-Star Memory service representative will issue a return
approval and assist you with return shipping. Please keep the
original packaging to return the item.
NOTE: Items will not be accepted at the return address
below without prior approval from a E-Star Memory service representative.
